Welcome to the Below The Belt Hunt blog. This is a hunt for things worn under the belt such as: socks, tattoos, shoes, underwear, legwarmers, jeans, shorts, pants, skirts, and of course belts. You will be hunting out a prim belt like the one pictured below.

To get started, teleport to the starting location and look for the belt. Once you’ve found the belt purchase it for 0 lindens, and look for the folder in your inventory. Find the landmark in the folder and teleport to that location and begin looking for the belt in that store. Continue on like this till all the belts have been found!

Tips

These are some basic and very common tips to help with your hunting experience.

  1. LAG - we all know how much lag sucks, so do your part, by detaching all unnecessary items. You will tp, and rez much faster and provide a better hunting experience for all.
  2. Make sure you are in the right store. All stores will have a hunt banner out front.
  3. If you don’t land directly into the store follow these steps to get there: Right click on the landmark in your inventory - click on about landmark - click on show on map - follow the red arrow to the store.
  4. Patience. This is definitely needed in a hunt. Take the time and let things rez properly, then do some searching. This is a HUNT after all, so items will not always be easy and near the entrance.
  5. Instead of just rushing to find the item and move on, why not look around the store for a little bit first. You might just find other cool stuff for sale or even other awesome freebs!
  6. Do not shout out the locations of the items, in local chat or in the hunt group. It is rude and ruins the purpose of the hunt!
  7. Make sure you read the hints on the blog, and or the hints on the hint squares located by most store’s hunt banner before iming the group for assistance.
  8. If your gonna unbox in a store, please remember to right click on the box and delete or take it back into inentory.
  9. Have fun!
